FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY - STEP BY STEP

I have simplified the Design Service I offer into clear steps. This allows you to maintain control over the project while benefiting from professional insights and recommendations.
INITIAL ONSITE CONSULTATION
2 hours $260 (plus GST). Pre-payment is required
We will discuss your overall vision, the “look and feel” you want to achieve and the absolute no’s.

I will make suggestions and discuss how we can create the home you want.
DECORATE AND STYLE
$810 (plus GST) for up to three rooms. Additional rooms will be priced on application.

This is where I rearrange existing furniture (if need be), group artwork, décor and accessories.
Meticulous attention is paid to the flow, sightlines and walkways.
It is a process of editing – what to keep, what to change, what to give away, what to archive. This sets a platform for looking at things differently. We will have a clearer idea of what we need to “fill in the gaps” going forward.
I will help eliminate clutter to establish focal points, visual interest and create a cohesive and harmonious space.
There is very often a follow up session with a *handyman to hang artwork/family pics/mirrors.
*There is an extra charge for this.
THE “LOOK AND FEEL” DOCUMENT
$2080 (plus GST) for up to three rooms. Additional rooms will be priced on application.

This is when we establish a ballpark budget.
A Concept Board of the overall mood/vibe and colour scheme to reflect what we want to achieve.
You will get a detailed “shopping list” of what needs to be bought, replaced, re-upholstered etc
You will receive a bespoke specification document with photos of suggested furniture selections, hardware, textiles, fabrics, paint colours, décor and accessories etc along with names of trade only suppliers.
This document will be a useful reference for you - when time and resources suit you best and you are able to implement it.
